Workshop Summary Lecture – Managing Up and Lateral Leadership: Successfully Engaging Students, Supervisors and Colleagues

The workshop focuses on practical aspects of communication and collaboration in academic contexts, including working effectively with students, supervisors, and colleagues, as well as navigating expectations and roles.

After working with the members of our consortium during the retreat 11/25 and in individual online sessions, professional trainer Matteo Garavoglia will subsequently offer an online lecture for all SNP2Prot members, summarizing key observations and perspectives based on his experience.
