SNP2Prot ‘Winter’ School 2026

From 4 to 6 November 2026, early-career researchers of SNP2Prot and participating institutions come together in Halle (Saale) for three days of hands-on, interdisciplinary training.

Each day follows one layer of proteoform research — in vivo (4 Nov, plant team), in vitro (5 Nov, protein team) and in silico (6 Nov, bioinformatics team) — from protoplast isolation and enzyme kinetics to protein-structure prediction with PyMOL and AlphaFold. Collaborative activities and shared dinners on the evenings of 4 and 5 November round off the programme and connect the teams across disciplines.

The ‘winter’ school is open to SNP2Prot members and invited guests only. More details will be emailed to the participants.
