The CRC provides start-up funding in 2026 and 2027 to support researchers in developing and realizing their independent project ideas. We therefore encourage Postdocs, PhD students who are (associated) members of the CRC, and Junior PIs interested in joining the CRC in a potential next funding period to submit a proposal. For CRC-internal proposals, an alignment with the CRC concept is an asset but not a prerequisite whereas Junior PIs aiming to join a future funding period are encouraged to submit a proposal that aligns with the SNP2Prot research focus.
From the submitted proposals, the Steering Committee will select the top two to three projects, each receiving up to €15,000 start-up funding per year.

- Objective(s)
- Experiment(s) and/or analysis
- Outlook
- Budget
